These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the I Am Still Yours website and services. By placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

I Am Still Yours designs and hand-crafts memorial keepsakes, including engraved glass and crystal pieces. We serve funeral home partners and individual families who wish to preserve the memory of a loved one in a physical, lasting form.

Orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Because every piece is custom-made to order, refunds are not available once production has begun. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, we will remake it at no charge.

Photographs, handwriting samples, stories, and other personal content that you provide remain your property. I Am Still Yours retains all rights to its product designs, production techniques, and imagery of finished pieces used for portfolio and service documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Am Still Yours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
