• Contact information: name, email, phone, mailing address.
• Order and personalization details: photographs, handwriting samples, story prompts, and information about the deceased loved one. This is sensitive content, and we treat it with the utmost care.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our own systems.
• Website analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics via Plausible. No personal tracking, no advertising cookies.

• Fulfilling orders and communicating about them.
• Providing customer support.
• Sending transactional SMS and email with your consent.
• Improving our services.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers may be shared in limited operational circumstances: with shipping carriers so that a package can be delivered, with our SMS provider Twilio so that a text message can be sent to you, and with authorities if we are required to do so by law. Even in these cases, the information is used only to complete the requested service or meet a legal obligation, and is never used for third-party marketing.

We retain order records for seven years to meet tax and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of personal information that is not required by law to be retained by writing to hello@iamstillyours.com.
